2009 We The People Arcade OG BMX Bike 20” TT – Salt Components - $250

**2009 We The People Arcade OG BMX Bike 20” TT – Salt Components – 990 Mounts – Front & Rear Brakes**

Classic late-2000s We The People freestyle BMX with the original Arcade graphics package in black/gold argyle. Clean survivor with very light use overall. Equipped with multiple Salt components including bars, stem, hubs, and cable hardware. Bike appears largely original and has not been heavily abused or ground down like many BMX bikes from this era.

The Arcade OG was part of We The People’s transition into stronger, more street-oriented complete bikes while still retaining a responsive park feel. This one has a particularly clean aesthetic with matching graphics, white cable routing, and low-use frame condition.

## Why This Matters

The late-2000s We The People completes helped define modern BMX geometry and component standards. The Arcade sat in the sweet spot between entry-level and serious rider territory, making these especially appealing today as riders revisit the clean transitional era before ultra-short geometry and fully brakeless setups took over.

The presence of both front and rear 990 mounts — with brakes still installed — is increasingly uncommon on surviving BMX bikes from this era, especially on bikes that escaped heavy street abuse or part swapping.

This bike also has strong visual identity:

* Matching black/gold argyle graphics
* Coordinated Salt cockpit and wheel components
* Clean, understated street/park aesthetic
* Original-period appearance rather than a parts-bin rebuild

A great candidate for:

* BMX collection
* Rider restoration
* Wall/display bike
* Period-correct late-2000s freestyle setup
* Everyday neighborhood rider
